The Mathematics Standards Review First Look Sessions present the opportunity for district leaders to see and discuss:
  • The Mathematics Standards Review process
  • The new structure for the standards
  • The timeline for professional learning and implementation of the standards
  • The Big Ideas for grade bands
  • The Progression Documents for grade bands
  • Links to the Revised Georgia Performance Standards for Mathematics
District Leaders include curriculum directors, principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders, and mathematics department chairs.
 
Three sessions that present the same information are offered for in-person and virtual participation.  Please register for one session.
 
The Zoom link for these sessions will be shared three days prior to each meeting.
