This self-directed online professional learning opportunity is designed for teachers of students with disabilities in grades 8 through 12 and will support a better understanding of transition planning, teaching self-determination skills, and implementing student-led IEPs. The course provides opportunities for discussion with other participants throughout the modules. Course must be completed within the three week enrollment window.
