In the course, the paraprofessional will develop a deeper understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a paraprofessional, effective communication, classroom management, behavior management, classroom diversity, differentiation, and ethics of an educator.  The participants will have 10 weeks to complete the course.  This paraprofessional training is online and consists of ten modules. The course is self-paced and can be completed before the 10 weeks.
