This paraprofessional training is online and consists of ten modules. In the course, the paraprofessional will develop a deeper understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a paraprofessional, effective communication, classroom management, behavior management, classroom diversity, differentiation, and ethics of an educator. The participants will have 10 weeks to complete the course. The course is self-paced and can be completed before the 10 weeks.
