Course Description More Details
The Hearing Officer and Tribunal Member course fulfils the requirements for training for all persons that serve as a hearing officer or member of a tribunal panel. The three hour course contains basic law, hearings procedures, and details for administering discipline resulting in a due process hearing. Emphasis is placed on cases and situations which are common to school level hearings. There is a homework assignment in addition to the Zoom presentation. Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants on Friday, June 2nd.
